The Creating Healing Classrooms: Tools for Teachers and Teacher Educators document is a collection of some of the tools and ideas behind the innovations in teacher support and development that have been created and piloted through the International Rescue Committee's (IRC) Healing Classrooms Initiative. It is intended to serve as a resource for IRC staff working to improve their programmes related to teacher support and development, as well as education programmes and policymakers in other agencies and organizations.
