Sexual harassment in secondary schools recently has become more visible in Chile. The Ministry of Education calls for education institutions to put in place measures that ensure the safety of female students, teachers and workers and to design strategies to prevent and protect the victims. However, there are not yet enough normative tools available to address it. But with increasing public interest in the issue, it is time for schools to act and devise preventive and protective measures. This guide offers recommendations and resources for schools to develop their own protocols against sexual harassment.
