The National Strategic Plan for the Education of Girls and Other Vulnerable Populations (OVC) will be guided by two complementary visions. The first vision was inspired by a group of school girls at a launch of the National Girls Education Movement in Zimbabwe in 2004 and the second underpins the National Action Plan (NAP) for Orphans and Other Vulnerable Children.
