Learn without fear – and this report – focuses on the 66 countries in which Plan operates, but aims to impact on the lives of children beyond Plan’s direct reach. Evidence is therefore included from other countries to demonstrate the truly global nature of the problem. The campaign will operate on many levels; from global work with international agencies to working in partnership with national governments, communities and individuals. We recognise that success will require a concerted effort by all stakeholders, not least children themselves, who are ingenious and enthusiastic about devising the best strategies to address the challenges posed by violence in schools.
