For girls' and boys' clubs on school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV) prevention and response
This training manual was developed as part of the Girls’ Access to Education (GATE) programme in Sierra Leone to help students respond to and ultimately eliminate school-related gender-based violence (SRGBV). It is designed to help school and peer mentors in junior secondary schools (JSS) enhance students' interpersonal communication, coping, conflict management, critical, creative thinking and decision-making skills. The training is participatory in nature. The 44 modules are broken down into sessions of about 60 minutes each to be implemented over the course of an academic year.
