This study explores the scope, number, and curricula of non-formal life skills programmes that target young women in developing countries. Through a comprehensive literature review, the researchers map out programmes in Lebanon, Tanzania and Ethiopia, collecting qualitative data on the design, objectives and outcomes of 103 initiatives in total. Based on research findings, recommendations are made on how to improve knowledge about life skills programmes for vulnerable adolescent girls.
