The United Nations Girls' Education Initiative (UNGEI), an EFA flagship initiative led by UNICEF in partnership with other United Nations Agencies, governments, donor countries, non-governmental organizations, civil society, the private sector, and communities, will hold a Technical Consultation linked to the 6th meeting of the High-Level Group on Education For All in Cairo, Egypt, 12 November 2006.


Participants in the UNGEI Technical Consultation will include Ministers of Education as well as heads of UN agencies and civil society and experts on Early Childhood Care and Education.
