Meeting Venue
The UNGEI Technical Consultation on Gender and Early Childhood Care and Education will be held at the Mena House Oberoi Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, 12 November 2006. The UNGEI Business meeting will take place at the Mena House the following day along with the FTI meetings. The Sixth High-Level Group Meeting on Education for All will be held at the Mena House from November 14 to 16, 2006.
Mena House Oberoi is a five-star hotel, established in 1869. It is located in the Giza district of Cairo at the base of the Great Pyramids. The hotel, situated in 40 acres of gardens, is conveniently located 15 minutes from the city centre.
